Characteristics and composition:
1. The equipment is a holding furnace for aluminum liquid. The shell is made by Q345B profile steel and continuous welding steel plate, which has sufficient strength and rigidity.
2. The door of the holding furnace and the frame of door are made by machined heat-resistant casting, fully considering the requirements of thermal expansion and cold contraction, which is very convenient for feeding and slag removal.
3. The melting furnace and holding furnace produced by our factory are the most advanced ones in China. We adopt advanced German technology and combined with the actual situation in China. The molten pool adopts imported (Lafarge) special castables, which are formed as a whole. Below the liquid level line, aluminum titanate ceramic bricks are used as furnace lining. All these can effectively prevent the leakage of aluminum liquid, Don't touch liquid aluminum and enhance the service life of the molten pool, which is 2-3 times longer service life than the ordinary bricks and then reduces the maintenance cost.
