Product Introduction
The lining material of the filter box and transfer launder are a new type of high-silicon molten material. Its characteristics are low thermal and cold shrinkage rate, molten silicon has a very good ability to resist thermal shock, meanwhile some material which is not impermeable by aluminum liquid is added into the lining material, so as to ensure its service life.
In the process "micro-porous nano-insulation material" is used, and the high-efficiency heat-insulating material makes the temperature of the steel surface low and the deformation of the inner lining smaller after continuous use of the filter box. The temperature loss of the covered transfer launder is 0.8°C per meter, and 3°C per meter without cover. The service life of the transfer launder is 200,000 tons.
The outer surface temperature of the filter box is less than 50°C, the filter box can be guaranteed to use for 80,000 tons, and the service life is about one year to one and a half years. Controlling heat loss is very important in aluminum melting and casting, which can not only reduce the temperature of molten aluminum, save energy, but also easily control the quality of alloys that are very sensitive to temperature.
